Friday, January 22, 2010 - 13% ABV. Very pale in the glass. High toned lime metallic nose. Medium bodied with tangy white fruit. This bottles speaks less of gooseberry and more of tropical fruit with a nice saline mineral quality and a suggestion of chalk. Made a really nice impression on me this occasion.
