Monday, August 15, 2022 - Leans toward fruity and tart, instead of biscuity or bready, maybe because of the wine blend. Crisp, dry, light, goes well with fried shrimp and chicken. Great bubbly for the price. Had this with shrimp poboys and corn-on-the-cob and it was perfect!
