Saturday, September 6, 2014 - K&L Old and Rare Wines Blind Tasting (K&L, San Francisco): Ruby with little bricking; red fruit, complex, spicy, green bell pepper, middle aged; full bodied, approachable tannins, good depth of fruit; medium finish. 90s mid tier Bordeaux, classified growth? 92
Upon reveal: Again, another strong showing for Lanessan. Drank way above its reputation and priced well for aged bordeaux at $70.
