Saturday, May 20, 2023 - Excellent Marsanne from Tahbilk. As usual it ages very well! Perfect balans, almost reminds me of a riesling. Mineral. Fleshy. Almost riesling petroleum.
The wine looks yellow gold colored. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like lemon, orange, mango, pineapple, flint, mineral, stoniness, almond and honey. The body is medium/full. The wine has oily texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has low acidity.
I would not cellar it anymore.
