Saturday, March 19, 2005 - Opened this bottle approximately one hour before dinner, and by the time the rib roast hit the table it had opened up nicely. The wine is dark brick red, with a nose of coffee, chocolate, cedar, and earth. Very mild tannins, long finish. I would definitely purchase this wine again.
