Sunday, June 10, 2012 - Drank two bottles at our latest "wine/food party"; 22 attended. Opened two bottles of this. One cork good, one bad. Wine good in both bottles and decanted 3.5 hours prior to drinking. Just the perfect essence of old claret: wonderful nose, elegant fruit, tannins resolved. Perhaps the star of the evening with 89 Mouton.
