Wednesday, December 23, 2020 - We drank on my wife’s 50th birthday. Enjoyable wine. Opened about 1.5 hours before drinking. Rose and earthy on the nose. Still had some fruit and hints of soil. Paired excellently with dark chocolate with camel. Carmel popped. Such fun. Six of us so small glass each
