Thursday, May 26, 2016 - Medium golden yellow color. Very flinty knows with some honeysuckle and relatively high acidity noticeable on the nose. Moderately Rich on the palate and somewhat flat on the finish initially. With and hour of air it was a bit more generous and had a strong new oak finish with a good bit of apricot in the mid palate. Went perfectly with a crawfish bisque.
