Monday, January 3, 2011 - My last bottle of 6. This wine has been a revaluation. Beautiful, high elevation mountain scents. So light on it's feet, but with plenty of flavor and character to spare. Gripping finish. A wonderful match to sheep's milk ricotta ravioli. All the charm of great Cru Beaujolais, but with Nebbiolo's tapestry like flavor profile. Wonderful stuff.
