Tuesday, December 9, 2014 - Yowsa! Another great experience! Only a rough 88 on first pop again, but give it a two hour decant and you won' be sorry. Way oxidized on first pop, then somehow it revives itself with some oxygen, becomes fresher (?) and is a real knockout! With these premium 15-20 year old Napa reds, patience is a virtue - they still need time to open...
