Saturday, March 30, 2024 - Two more stellar bottles, one remains. Deep purple with no signs of bricking. Blackberry and blueberry on the nose. Blackberries and cream, dark cherry, gooseberry, and black currant on the palate with silky but assertive tannins and oak spice on the backend. I’ve had this cellared since 2017, and it’s at its peak now. No sign of giving up the ghost yet, but I’d say drink now for maximum enjoyment!
