Thursday, March 5, 2020 - Pre La Paulée Zachy's BYO Dinner (Lafayette NYC): Decanted for 45-60 minutes. Massive ethereal nose with amazingly spicy black cherry layered with earth, herbs and spice. Enchanting palate with its silky texture and sensational complexity. Burgundy at it's best at age 35.
