Wednesday, March 20, 2013 - Garnet red. Nose of raspberries, curd, smoke, and cooked beef. Silky and elegant on the palate, with a decent finish. Expressive tannins and acidity. Lateron, aromas of cherries, brushwood, and cooked quince.
