Thursday, October 8, 2009 - popped and let sit for about 30 minutes, ran first few glass through the vinturi. On the nose there was cherries and cedar, On the palate there are spicy cherries, some herbs, but more Oak than prior bottle. A simple weeknight Zin, not too complex, but definitely a nice easy drinker.
