Tuesday, December 20, 2016 - 1991 California Cabernet Retrospective @ The Milling Room (New York City): A pleasant surprise, still holding on with lovely herbal tones. Mint, celery seed, eucalyptus and soft, earthy red fruits. Elegant and ready to drink, if perhaps not already on a slow decline.
