Saturday, February 4, 2023 - This bottle was slightly underwhelming and it needed a lot of time opening up to just give a little bit of fruit.
When it does open up, it was dense and had a good acidity but still felt a bit muted in the fruit. I am hoping that this was just a slightly off bottle.
