Wednesday, December 28, 2022 - Opened for 2 hours, then decanted for 90 minutes. Served with a variety of grilled beef cuts. Compared very well with 2012 Monte Bello and 2006 Chateau Musar, which were also excellent.

Nicely integrated and tannins seem to be receding, though still present. I cannot tell if it’s at its at it’s peak as another reviewer has noted. Wish I had more of it. Just delightful with the beef. Depending on how many are left in your cellar I would suggest drinking sooner. Definitely benefits from the breathing/decanting.
