Tasted non blind.

Garnet color in the glass, fairly clear looking with a light dustiness. Nose of dishwater, ash and leather with a mix of red fruits. Flavors of black licorice, tart raspberries and minerals. Tart acidity, resolved tannin, medium body. Drink now and serve immediately with as little air as possible. Fades fairly quick.
