Saturday, April 24, 2021 - Lovely mature Napa Cab, round soft but still lively. Bordeaux like nose of fruit roll ups, strawberry preserves old car and farm funk. Nice mouthfeel, iodine, licorice, spearmint, seaweed, and definitely a umami thing going on, with a fresh ground pepper finish. At 26 years old this is a beauty.
