Friday, November 18, 2016 - Four decades of Ygay Gran Reserva Especial (@Home): Glass: Riedel Sommelier BDX
No formal notes taken. Deep garnet color. Wonderful nose with lots of tobacco, leather, oak and spices. High acidity, which is perfectly integrated. Compared to the 1978 it has a bit more of everything: fruit, elegance, complexity. At its peak, beautiful wine.
