Friday, January 31, 2014 - I served this in my wine course. Outstanding! This is my type of wine when it comes to red. Incredibly complex high pitched nose. Light bodied, high acidity with a very long finish. Very elegant, light and airy, while at the same time being intense in its smells and flavors. Loads of minerality combined with light red berries and floral smells. No detectable oak. Drank well out of a large riedel Burgundy glass.
