Quite dry and surprisingly lightbodied palate with lively refreshing acidity and smooth creamy moussé, but also showing some tartness and green apple and rhubarb zing. Creamy toffee towards the refreshing aftertaste.
Young and a bit disjointed but pretty promising still. A style that needs age to find its elegance.
