Sunday, December 29, 2013 - Light gold colored. Smells plumb flower, leather. With slight creamy butter taste. Balanced with hint of oak, nothing is too standing out. Long finish, honey, slight smoke. Fine, long lasting bubbles and just got better as time goes by. I was expecting a bit more "punch" though, just too elegant!
