Wednesday, October 29, 2014 - Earthy bouquet. This bottle seemed more complex than the last time I tasted it, showing flavors of roasted meat, iron, minerals, and briar. Exceptional depth. In beautiful condition, although in my opinion it is now at or slightly past its peak.
