Sunday, January 28, 2018 - Cork in good condition though saturated. Brief decant; nosey opened up to pleasant mature barnyard. Not a lot of other complexity on the nose. Lively and still quite vibrant fruit on the palate; though somewhat linear profile per other reviews. Overall, very pleasing mature Hermitage that is in the prime drinking window. No need to wait further in my view. Served with Cote d'boeuf.
