Sunday, January 14, 2024 - Opened last night on my 65th. I had wondered over the years how this would hold up. I need not have worried. It is still young and fresh. Deep Ruby color is still there. The nose is fabulous with cassis and cedar and the palate is outstanding with rich red currant fruit, cassis, and, just a hint of oak. This has aged magnificently, and clearly lives up to its reputation. 5-13-18-9: 95/100.
