Friday, April 26, 2019 - From my cellar since release. No ullage. Perfect cork. The smell is classic Clare valley. Warm dark plums, red earth, just a taste of Oz. The colour is trending to brown, but with a bit of air to clear the funk this is still very intense. Of course new world, but this is just lovely. Drink now.
