Friday, May 1, 2009 - Trip to Niagara; 5/1/2009-5/2/2009 (Niagara on the Lake, Canada): Very pronounced nose of eucalyptus. Somewhat unbalanced acid & wood. Persistent tannins. With dry-aged beef loin.
