Saturday, January 22, 2022 - Ethereal. Mugneret-Gibourg's 2007 Echezeaux unfurls from the glass with a beautiful nose of wild strawberry, Vosne spice, and sous bois. Regal, elegantly textured palate with sweet red fruit and bright acidity. So little sense of weight, the fruit just floats on your palate and you can barely differentiate between the wine and post finish. Excellent.
