Monday, March 20, 2017 - Some spritziness when first opened and poured. I was afraid this was going to suffer from secondary fermentation but with a few minutes of swirling (got my workout for the week) it opened up to a very brooding wine with a bitter finish that faded a bit with time. Not as remarkable or expressive as other vintages which I'm going to attribute to the spritziness. Of 3 bottles I've tried, all three have been affected.
