Sunday, October 15, 2017 - Medium to Deep lemon green color. Complex, open aroma of white flower, herbaceous, citrus fruits, stone fruits, very flinty, toast, hint if underlying oak, dairy, sweet spices. Rich and round on palate, sheer concentration and focus with lemon, apricot, salty minerality, oak, some nuttiness ad honey, all supported by the sharp acidity. This is as good as it gets. Think it is at the best moment.
