Wednesday, February 10, 2021 - Small pour served into Acker Zalto Burgundy glass (“Root” day): Pale garnet with some fine deposit.

Savoury spices, mature red cherry fruits, red dates and some old oak notes.

Good acidity and minerality. Mellow and enjoyable now.

93 points.

2nd round, 100 ml serving: good old Bordeaux here. Savoury leafy spices. Cherries that are quite detailed.
