At dinner, the wine had gained weight, compexity and a lovely fragrance. The body of the wine was richer and pleasant with our roast. Dad and our guests slurped it and the 94 QC--the QC was a much fuller and bolder wine. The LMHB can best be described as a wine of finesse. No pain having more in the cellar!
