Wednesday, March 3, 2010 - Pale/medium bright ruby core, pale ruby rim. Nose is open with fresh, youthful raspberry and red cherry fruit, vanilla, a slight spicy earth edge. Medium bodied on the palate, but very graceful and elegant, light on its feet but with deceptive, if not exceptional depth of fruit. Showing fresh red cherry and raspberry fruit, with vanilla on the mid-palate, very refined tannins, fresh acidity and a slight earthy/minerally edge on the medium/good length finish. A lovely 07.
