Monday, February 14, 2011 - This was pretty amazing. It started out with a very funky barnyard nose, I was prepared for the worst. After 1.5 hours of duck decanting it had morphed into a very "Montebello" nose - fabulous. The palate was full, rich green fruit. It had a pronounced green pepper middle. The finish was soft and fairly long. Matt and i were very pleasantly surprised by this wine. I have one more, we'll drink it soon...
