Thursday, September 16, 2010 - drank with silverbrite salmon, this wine came alive after about 30 minutes. Medium to light body but berry forward. refreshing almost and a nice complement to the medium flavored silverbrite. Great wine, i enjoyed this very much and i don't drink shiraz normally. Good value in my opinion
