Friday, September 14, 2007 - Very pleasantly surprised with this wine, purchased with dinner with french/spanish dishes from all over the map. We were not sure what to expect from an Oregon Tempranillo, but yes, definitely a good shot in the dark. Quite delicious... rich but not overwhelming, plums, blackberries, and spice... we're planning a trip down to Abacela next week to pick up a few bottles of this gem.

B's notes: To expand on the meal. . . The wine went well with Oysters on the half-shell, onion and anchovie pizzetta, paella, and beef tenderloin! Not only delicious, but versitile!
