Saturday, October 16, 2010 - One of the ripest and easy drinking champagnes of this year - full of ripe apples and brioche. Loads of it. Medium (+) body, apparently coming from its Pinot Noir dominance as well as quite high dosage, however, still elegant. Had it with sea bass and scallops - beautiful combination. Cheers!
