Friday, October 28, 2016 - Tour du Monde (Chevalier Fine Wines - Chicago IL): Very reductive to start, this was partly helped by 30-45 minutes of vigorous swirling in a decanter. Moderate red fruit with lots of earth in background, but this was very difficult to really appreciate tonight.
