Sunday, June 10, 2012 - As with the 97, it has a great nose of cassis and eucalyptus. Super sexy. Again though it's not so great to drink and even in magnum format I think it has passed it's peak. Stared of mildly spicy, with reasonable fruit, but there were drying tannins on the finish and these became more pronounced as the bottle breathed. Everyone else enjoyed the wine though, so maybe I'm being a bit harsh. Try if you have one.
