Tuesday, December 13, 2011 - Aromas of bacon, minerals, green apples, lemon, toasted nuts and freshly grated nutmeg. Was a little tight upon opening, but after an hour it really blossomed with medium-full bodied flavors of apple, white flowers, citrus, minerals, grilled bread and spice. Wonderful acidity and very nicely balanced overall. Great length. I would say this is close to peak and will likely hold for quite sometime if you don't run into a premoxed bottle.
