Wednesday, February 24, 2010 - Lucien Le Moine tasting with Mounir Saouma (Burgundy Wine Company): Splash decanted - some pleasant pinot perfume hits you directly; then, a lot of sweetness and dark fruit, quite big for a Chambolle. A fine green - herbal - quality emerges after a while in the tasting glass. It is round and approachable but has a certain fitness level which in the end convinces you not to disregard it. still, I would say it's a drink now type of wine.
