Friday, May 15, 2015 - Supposedly a semi-crappy vintage from Graillot but today this is delicious. Dark Syrah fruit with raw meat, bacon and black olives. Great with coq au vin. Very limited experience with the wines from Graillot, but it seems that there's no need to keep this any futher.
