95 Points

Tuesday, March 10, 2009 - This needs to be opened for at least 5 or 6 hours to achieve this score, beat up along the way in a decanter or you'll find a woody, miserable drink that you'd probably score an 80! WE had this with a grilled T-bone and corn on the cob and at first, even after almost 5 hours in the decanter, it was like eating a cedar fence. But the next hour showed what this is made of as it blossomed into a beautiful Cali Cab with all of the fruit and sweet tannins you'd expect and a finish that goes on for over a minute. In other words, gife this a hard decant this for at least 5 hours before drinking it or you'll hate it!!
