Saturday, December 16, 2023 - Fantastic showing. Beautiful Giacosa in perfect form. Nice Giacosa VA on opening, the tannins are still there even after 2 hour decant. With more air, it became more and more delicate and red fruited. By the end of the night, it was in a perfect spot to drink. These have a long way to go still.
