Sunday, February 24, 2013 - Classic traditional Rioja - soft berry fruit with sweet vanilla and spices from the oak - tannins very faintly in the background and a lovely long finish. This wine was perhaps a little less powerful than some other Rioja's I have drunk recently such as Muga or CVNE Imperial but for those that prefer an older style then this is sheer class in a glass
