Tuesday, October 2, 2018 - Ripe plum, grilled herbs, smoke and menthol on the nose. Dried cherries, plum tar, moderate tannins, and a candy apple finish. This was deeper and more savory after two hours. Had it with curried chicken salad and it clashed big time. Much better by itself later.
