Friday, March 25, 2011 - Drank over 3 days. Initially tight and muted. Starts to open up after half an hour. A lovely airy nose of red and blue fruits. In the mouth this is quite structured and serious. Gets better with more oxygen and is at its best on day 3 when the mouthfeel has become smooth and the flavor profile is more open with lovely fruit and a fine long aftertaste. Although this can be drunk now, it will certainly improve with several years in cellar.
