Sunday, February 10, 2013 - Pale ruby core, wide pale garnet rim. Nose is relatively aromatic and starting to show a few signs of development with raspberries, red cherry, notes of soil and a slight savoury edge. No more than medium bodied on the palate, this has red fruits on the initial attack, is light and airy with whispery fine tannin, fresh acidity, then notes of soil and a touch of savour on the attractive, good length, lingering finish. Very good indeed and remains very drinkable.
