Tuesday, December 1, 2020 - Variation on Beef Stroganoff. Incorporating top sirloin, fresh chanterelles with shallots, sour cream, tarragon, Dijon mustard, white wine and a splash of Armagnac
Excellent on a cool NC evening

Wine : 2007 Rivers-Marie Summa Vineyard, Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir. alc 14.1%
Still bright and fresh with high toned red fruits. Turns smooth on the finish. Great with the cream and mushrooms
